John Bansemer moved from Northern California to the Big Island in 2003. He started his career in 1990 in the mortgage banking industry, and obtained his R.E. Broker license in 1992. Serving the communities in and around the “tri” counties of Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, including Amador and Nevada prior to his relocating to Kona. Licensed in HI as a RE Broker in 2003, he has a strong background in mortgage, finance, property negotiations and passion for housing-especially design. Having always enjoying the outdoors, whether skiing, fishing mountain lakes or swimming the beautiful waters off the BI, his familiarity with retirement communities and slower pace of life the Big Island offers, triggered what just came naturally.
